Description
Welding machine DIGIMIG 207 EASYLITE is designed for manual welding of steel and non‑ferrous metals. It supports MMA (covered electrode), TIG Lift, and MIG/MAG processes. The MIG/MAG process can be used in manual or synergic modes to simplify operation, making the unit suitable even for less experienced users. With polarity reversal, you can weld in MIG/MAG both with solid wires in shielding gas and with self‑shielded flux‑cored wires.
Built with IGBT inverter technology, the unit offers reduced weight and size, higher efficiency and lower power consumption. It is single‑phase (230 V) with digital synergic control and a color LED display, and features VRD plus adjustable Hot Start and Arc Force. Wire feed speed ranges from 2 to 12.5 m/min, MIG voltage from 16.5 to 24 V, and open‑circuit voltage is 65 V. Maximum currents are up to 200 A for MIG/MAG and TIG and 160 A for MMA, with a 60% duty cycle across all processes. The machine supports gas and gasless operation, 2T/4T, inductance adjustment, spot welding and gas test. It is compatible with a Spool Gun (SG) with a built‑in mini feeder and a D100 reel, and accepts 100 and 200 mm spools (1 kg and 5 kg). Weight: 16.5 kg.
