The DIGIMIG 225GDS welding machine is the most innovative device on the Polish market for manual welding of steel and non-ferrous metals by MIG/MAG, MMA (covered electrode) and Lift TIG methods. The device is aimed at professionals who value high quality and reliability. It can also be used for soldering thin (up to 3 mm) galvanized sheets. Thanks to the change of polarity, the device allows to weld with the MIG/MAG method with the use of both standard wires in protective gas shielding and self-consuming powder wires.

The welder allows you to connect aSpool Gun (SG) type holder with a mini wire feeder mounted in it and a D100 spool of steel or colored wire, so you can weld with two different wires without having to refit the machine.

Digital control allows full adjustment of parameters, arc dynamics, characteristics, and manual or synergistic mode in the MIG/MAG method. The welder's use of synergistic settings for ordinary and stainless steel, as well as AlMg5 and AlSi5 aluminum alloys, greatly simplifies its operation and allows it to be used by people with less experience and hobbyists.

The welder's synergistic mode of operation is also a great benefit for those with less experience.

In MMA mode you can adjust ARC FORCE, HOT START and disable VRD.

The device has last setting memory, that is, when it is turned off and turned on again, the last set parameters are restored, andthe ability to store 40 sets of settings (10 for each welding method + 10 for MIG/MAG manual mode settings) with a separate program number display.

An abbreviated welder's guide has been placed on the inside of the spool chamber cover to facilitate the day-to-day operation of the machine.
