Plasma cutting machine CUTTER 110

The CUTTER 110 plasma cutter belongs to a new line of equipment built on 200 kHz IGBT technology, designed for cutting steel, aluminum and copper sheets and components with air plasma. It is recommended for professional use and production environments with intensive cutting operations. Suitable for indoor or covered areas; not intended for direct exposure to weather. Powered by three‑phase AC 3x400 V, it offers a maximum separation cut thickness of 40 mm, a maximum cutting current of 105 A, a 60% duty cycle, and a weight of 37.02 kg.

The unit comes with a 6 m Trafimet A-101 torch featuring HF pilot-arc ignition and an integrated air preparation unit with regulator and pressure gauge, adjustable from the control panel. It includes 2T/4T switching and a TEST function for checking and purging the air system, plus digital control, an LED display, and a Fan Stop function for efficient cooling.

Air consumption is approximately 0.45 m³/min. The set includes a grounding cable with clamp. A list of spare parts for the plasma torch is available in the price list.
