The Sherman-profi V6a automatic welding visor is designed to protect the eyes and face from sparks, splatter, and harmful radiation during electric welding, soldering, brazing, and grinding.

Automatic darkening filter automatically changes from light to dark after arc ignition, and becomes light again after welding is completed. The use of TRUE COLOR full color reproduction technology provides a high level of working comfort.

The V6a visor has three external knobs for adjusting the darkness level from 5 to 13 by DIN, infinitely adjustable sensitivity of the photosensors' response to the intensity of the arc during welding, and infinitely adjustable delay time for switching the dark/bright state. It is also possible to select a grinding mode in which the darkening filter switches to the bright state without the option to adjust the darkening

Four photosensors guarantee correct operation of the visor in all conditions and positions, which is especially important when welding with low currents.

Thanks to the extra-large 100 x 97mm visor, the V6a visor has an exceptionally large field of view.

The V6a visor is equipped with an advanced, comfortable and ergonomic headpiece, allowing a perfect fit and full adjustment of the visor's position. A special tilting system changes the center of gravity of the visor with respect to the welder's head..

On the internal control panel there is a ? "Test?" button allowing to check the correct operation of the filter, as well as a battery status indicator light. The Sherman-profi V6a visor provides complete eye and face protection against ultraviolet and infrared radiation. The UV/IR protection level is 16 (DIN), even when the filter becomes bright.

The visor is ready for immediate use, it only requires adjustment to the size of the welder's head and the selection and setting of the correct operating parameters.
