TIG 320ACDC pulse welding set with WS-7.5LT cooler and platform cart

TIG 320 AC/DC pulse is an inverter welding machine made with IGBT technology. It is used for manual DC and AC welding using TIG method and DC welding with covered electrode (MMA method). It is widely used in both production and service work. It is designed for indoor and covered work.

The welder allows full adjustment and control of all welding parameters of arc and pulse characteristics. It has HF ignition, a 2T/4T function and a display indicating welding current. The device is characterized by excellent welding properties, especially recommended for professionals.

The set includes a liquid-cooled TIG welding chuck, a ground cable with a clamp, an MMA electrode cable, a welding disc and a hammer.

The WS-7.5LT cooler is dedicated to work with the Sherman-profi TIG 320 AC/DC pulse welder and is designed for liquid cooling of TIG welding fixtures, however, it is possible to apply it to other equipment and components requiring closed-circuit cooling. It is recommended to place the cooler under the welding machine. The kit includes a set of mounts that allow such positioning. The construction of the cooler uses components of the proven WRC-300B cooler, the reconstruction and the fluid reservoir have been changed. The use of a heat exchanger built on a copper coil and a stainless steel pump definitely increase the cooling efficiency and extend the life of the device.

The TIG platform carriage is a stable and sturdy running platform dedicated to the TIG 320 AC/DC pulse kit and WS-7.5LT cooler.

The kit includes a cylinder mounting bracket with a chain, a set of 6 welder-cooler connectors, and screws connecting the cooler to the riding platform.
