The MIG-250 GL DIGITAL is a modern welding machine built on IGBT inverter technology. This technology gives it high efficiency, a stable welding process and reliable operation. The machine is versatile, easy to operate and produces high-quality work, so it suits both industrial and private use.

Its synergic control function selects the best parameters automatically, so even less experienced welders can use it. The compact, sturdy housing and the efficient cooling system keep the machine durable and reliable, even under heavy loads.

The FORBY MIG-250GL Digital is a professional three-phase (3x400 V) inverter welding machine designed for intensive work in workshops and production. It combines IGBT technology, a digital control panel and three welding processes (MIG/MAG, LIFT TIG, MMA) in one housing. It handles everyday repair jobs as well as demanding metal structure work.

Control panel:

The front panel has two digital LED displays and clearly marked buttons, so the machine stays easy to operate even when you wear gloves.

Two control knobs:

• voltage, spot mode and manual MIG control;
• current, wire feed speed, inductance and MMA/TIG current adjustment.

Digital voltmeter and ammeter displays show voltage, current and wire feed speed accurately. Quick-access buttons:

• Option button - selects voltage, spot welding time and the memory function.
• Mode buttons: MIG, LIFT TIG, MMA; 2T/4T, VRD on/off.
• Gas selection: CO₂, mixed gas or gasless (flux) - with a single button press.
• Wire Check and Gas Check - check wire feed and gas flow without striking an arc.

Main functions:

MIG/MAG welding

• Welding with shielding gas (CO₂, mixed gas) or gasless with flux-cored wire.
• Takes 0.8-1.2 mm wire and spools up to 15/18 kg, so you stop less often to change wire.
• Ideal for welding gates, railings, frames, car bodies, agricultural machinery and other structures.

MMA (stick) welding

• Works with Ø2.5-4.0 mm electrodes - a reliable solution for field and on-site work.
• The VRD function (voltage reduction in open-circuit mode) improves safety in damp conditions.

LIFT TIG mode

• Produces cleaner, neater welds with a LIFT TIG torch and argon shielding.
• Ideal for thinner parts where you need to control penetration and reduce distortion.
