TIG Welder 202P is a versatile, professional welding machine designed for demanding applications. It enables manual welding with coated electrodes (MMA method) of structural steels. TIG 202P offers two arc ignition methods:

• HF (High Frequency): Contactless arc ignition that minimizes contamination and ensures excellent weld quality.
• TIG Lift: Contact arc ignition, extremely useful when welding in environments sensitive to electromagnetic interference, e.g., near electronic equipment or in vehicles.

The unit features a VRD (Voltage Reduction Device)reduces the risk of electric shock, increasing operator safety, especially in difficult working conditions. The Fan Stop function automatically switches off the fan under low load, which reduces noise and lowers energy consumption, improving comfort in the workshop.

Precise Control of the Welding Process

The welder offers advanced functions that provide full control over the welding process:

• Pulsed welding: Optimal for welding thin sheets and materials with high thermal conductivity; it reduces distortion and improves weld appearance.
• Downslope time adjustment: Allows controlled arc extinguishing, eliminating end craters.
• Post-flow gas time adjustment: Ensures proper cooling of the weld pool and protection of the seam after welding.
• 2T/4T modes: Flexible process control, especially useful for long welds.

• Foot pedal control: Optional foot-operated precise current regulation for greater comfort and control, especially when seated.
