The Sherman-profi V4 automatic welding visor is designed to protect the eyes and face from sparks, spatter and harmful radiation during electric and gas welding, brazing, soldering, oxygen cutting and grinding. The PAPR respiratory protection system creates positive pressure inside the visor by means of forced ventilation, preventing the welder from inhaling welding dusts and fumes. The blower is equipped with two air filters, and is worn on the back, ensuring a significant reduction in the amount of contaminants in the air the welder breathes.

Automatic darkening filter automatically changes from light to dark after the arc is struck, and becomes light again after welding is completed.

The use of TRUE COLOR full color reproduction technology ensures high working comfort.

The V4 visor has two external knobs that allow you to adjust the degree of darkening from 4 to 13 according to DIN and infinitely adjust the sensitivity of the photosensors' response to the intensity of the arc during welding, as well as two external switches that allow for a three-position adjustment of the dark/bright state switching delay time and change of operation mode. The blackout filter has the highest optical class ensuring full welder safety. It is equipped with four photosensors, which is especially important when welding with low currents.

The V4 visor has an exceptionally large field of vision and an advanced, comfortable and ergonomic headpiece, allowing for a perfect fit and full adjustment of the visor's position. A special tilting system changes the visor's center of gravity relative to the welder's head.

When the grinding function is selected, the darkening filter switches to a bright state with no option to adjust the darkening.

In terms of technological advancement, technical parameters and workmanship, the visor is comparable with products of such companies as Speedglas, Optrel, etc.

The kit includes a V4 automatic visor, a battery-powered blower, an air hose, a lap belt, a harness, a pre-filter, a particulate filter, a charger, and a handy bag with a shoulder strap for easy portability of the kit.
