Description

The CUTTER 90 is part of a new series built on 200 kHz IGBT technology for air‑plasma cutting of steel, aluminum, and copper components. It is designed for professional use in shops with intensive cutting operations and is intended for use indoors or under shelter, away from direct weather exposure.

The machine comes with a 6 m TRAFIMET‑standard torch (A‑81) featuring HF ionized pilot‑arc ignition. An integrated air preparation unit with regulator and a digital pressure display lets you adjust and monitor air pressure directly from the control panel. The cutter includes a 2T/4T switch, a TEST function for checking and purging the air line, and a Fan Stop function that reduces noise at low load. A quick R21 air coupling simplifies connection to your air supply. A work lead with clamp is included; a list of torch spare parts is available in the price list.

Key capabilities include three‑phase AC 3×400 V supply, up to 85 A cutting current, separation cuts up to 30 mm (material‑ and condition‑dependent), a 60% duty cycle, and approximately 0.35 m³/min air consumption. The unit weighs about 35.42 kg and has an inverter design optimized for efficient, stable cutting performance.
