Advanced IGBT inverter technology
The welding machine is of the inverter type and uses advanced IGBT technology. The inverter converts the 50Hz/60Hz AC mains voltage into DC, which is then converted back into AC by a high-frequency (20 kHz) converter.

IGBT technology allows efficient adjustment of welding parameters, ensures a stable arc and reduces energy losses.

Synergic and manual MIG control

The digital control panel lets you select synergic or manual MIG mode, wire diameter, shielding gas type and additional arc parameters. Settings are clearly visible on the display, making the machine easier to prepare and the welding process easier to control.

• Wire diameter: 0.6 / 0.8 / 0.9 / 1.0 mm.
• Gas selection: CO₂, gas mixture, argon or gasless FLUX mode.
• 2T mode: the torch button is held down throughout welding.
• 4T mode: more convenient for longer welds as the button does not need to be held continuously.
• SPOT: spot welding with a set time of approximately 0-3 seconds.
• Arc softness adjustment: helps tune the arc character and amount of spatter.
• Pre-gas / Post-gas: adjustable gas flow before and after welding.

Stable MIG wire feed

The easy-to-open wire compartment makes it easier to change the spool, thread the wire and maintain the feed mechanism. Correctly adjusted roller pressure helps ensure even wire movement and a more stable welding arc.

• Wire diameters of 0.6-1.0 mm can be selected.
• For steel, use steel wire with CO₂ or an argon/CO₂ mixture.
• Self-shielded FLUX wire allows work without a shielding gas cylinder.
• The aluminium MIG program is intended for 1.0 mm Al wire with argon gas.
• Recommended universal gas mixture for steel - approx. 83% argon and 17% CO₂.

Precise HF TIG arc ignition

High-frequency HF ignition forms the arc without touching the tungsten electrode to the workpiece. This helps reduce the risk of contaminating the electrode and the weld and allows a more precise start of welding.

• Adjustable gas pre-flow time before welding.
• Adjustable gas post-flow protects the weld and tungsten electrode as they cool.
• A gap of approximately 3 mm or less to the workpiece is recommended.
• It is recommended to hold the torch at an angle of no more than 15°.

Plasma cutting up to 50 A

The integrated plasma cutting mode is intended for cutting electrically conductive metals. Where possible, it is recommended to start cutting from the edge of the workpiece - this reduces molten metal blowback and preserves the torch parts.

• Adjustable cutting current range: 10-50 A.
• Adjustable pre-gas and post-gas times.
• A distance of approx. 1.5 mm from the workpiece surface is recommended.
• The pilot arc should not be kept on longer than necessary.
