Description

The DIGITIG 204 QUATTRO welder is designed for manual welding with TIG HF and MMA (stick) of steel and non‑ferrous metals in DC, with the option to use current pulse. It also enables plasma cutting of steel, aluminium, and copper sheets and components. The built‑in Cold TIG function allows joining thin parts thanks to very low heat input in the joint area.

Digital control provides full adjustment of welding parameters, arc characteristics, and pulse settings. The Fan Stop function switches the fan off at low load to significantly reduce noise. The inverter uses IGBT technology and offers a wide current range (TIG up to 200 A, MMA up to 180 A) with efficient duty cycles (TIG up to 60%, MMA up to 25%), supporting precise work on thin and thicker materials alike. Practical features such as 2T/4T, adjustable gas pre/post‑flow, pulse in TIG and MMA, VRD, and an easy‑to‑read LED display improve comfort and safety. Compact dimensions (approx. 43 × 17 × 31 cm) and a weight of about 8.5 kg make it convenient to transport.

The set includes a TIG welding torch, a PT‑31 plasma cutting torch, an electrode holder lead, a work clamp lead, and an external air preparation unit for plasma cutting.
