HORNEC® smart SynMIG 2200i MAX is a digitally controlled DC inverter 4 in 1 welding machine designed for home workshops, garages, repairs and small metal structure jobs. The synergic MIG mode makes it easier to match welding parameters, manual MIG gives more adjustment freedom, and the Lift-TIG and MMA modes extend the machine's range of applications.

MIG (Synergic)

The synergic MIG mode helps automatically match the main welding parameters to the selected wire and working conditions. Welding is possible with shielding gas or self-shielded FLUX wire.

MIG (Manual)

The manual MIG mode allows separate adjustment of voltage and wire feed settings. It is intended for users who want to fine-tune the arc to the metal, wire and welding position.

TIG (Lift)

The Lift-TIG mode is designed for a more precise, cleaner weld. The arc is ignited by touching the workpiece with the tungsten electrode in a controlled manner and lifting it.

MMA

Welding with 1.6-4.0 mm coated electrodes. A practical choice for repair, installation and outdoor work when no wire feeder or shielding gas is needed.

Easier synergic MIG control

The digital control panel lets you select the welding process, wire feed settings and gas type, and adjust the voltage. Clearly visible parameters help prepare the machine for work faster.

MIG with gas: steel wire is used with CO₂ or an argon/CO₂ mixture.
Gasless MIG: self-shielded flux-cored FLUX wire is used.
Wire diameter: 0.8-1.0 mm.
Voltage adjustment: lets you adapt the arc character to the specific job.
Wire feed control: for an even and stable welding process.

Stable MIG wire feed

The easily accessible wire compartment simplifies spool replacement, wire threading and feeder maintenance. Correctly adjusted roller pressure helps ensure smooth wire movement and a more stable arc.

Important before starting work

The machine is intended for hobby, small repair and fabrication jobs; it is not intended for industrial production or heavy-duty work.
According to the manual, this model is not suitable for welding aluminium.
Use appropriate eye, face, hand and body protection.
Work in a well-ventilated, dry environment protected from rain.
Do not cover the ventilation openings and do not exceed the duty cycle stated on the rating plate.
If the machine overheats, stop working and let it cool down with the fan running.
Disconnect the machine from the mains before changing connections or the torch, or performing maintenance.
