Welding set DIGITIG 315 AC/DC MULTIPULSE
Description
The DIGITIG 315 AC/DC MULTIPULSE digital welding machine is a next‑generation unit designed for professional use. Built on IGBT inverter technology and controlled by a microcontroller unit (MCU), it supports manual TIG welding of steel and non‑ferrous metals with both direct current (DC) and alternating current (AC). The device also enables MMA welding (shielded metal electrode).
The welder offers fully digital adjustment and control of arc characteristics and pulses, including selection of the welding current waveform. It features HF ignition, HOT START, ARC FORCE, 2T/4T control, spot welding, and an LED display. Last‑setting memory restores previously used parameters after power‑off, and you can store up to 20 sets of pulse and welding current parameters. Key capabilities include TIG current up to 315 A, MMA up to 280 A, a 60% duty cycle in both TIG and MMA modes, and a no‑load voltage of 67 V. Typical power draw is up to 6.3 kVA in TIG mode. Recommended supply protection: 16 A.
The set includes a powerful WS-7L cooler dedicated to this welder for torch cooling. A heat exchanger on a copper coil and a stainless‑steel pump enhance cooling efficiency and extend service life. The complete assembly is mounted on a stable trolley with a practical accessory shelf, wire holders, and hangers for the torch and welding cables. Cooler parameters: pump power 370 W, flow 8 l/min, pressure 0.3 MPa, tank capacity 3.5 l.
