Description
The MIG 261M welder is a second‑generation unit built on IGBT technology. It is designed for manual welding of steel and non‑ferrous metals in shielding gas (MIG/MAG) as well as with coated electrodes (MMA). It can also be used for gasless welding with flux‑cored wire and supports 100 mm wire spools when using a Spoolgun.
The welder can be powered from either a single‑phase 230 V supply or a three‑phase 3×400 V supply. Mains voltage is detected automatically, and a cable adapter is included. It features a professional 4‑roll wire feeder with smooth wire speed control, smooth voltage adjustment in MIG/MAG, and welding current adjustment in MMA. Gas post‑flow delay, a 2T/4T switch, and inductance control (useful for thin sheet welding) are provided. Thermal protection guards against overload. The machine works with K‑200 (5 kg) and K‑300 (15 kg) wire spools. Duty cycle is up to 60% for MIG/MAG and MMA, wire feed speed ranges from 3 to 18 m/min, and open‑circuit voltage is 59 V.
Feeder compartment lighting and a hanger for guide rollers make wire spool and roller replacement easier and help keep things tidy. The shielding gas inlet is ready for a quick coupler, which simplifies and speeds up changing the shielding gas. The Fan Stop function switches the fan off at low load to reduce noise and improve user comfort.
The set includes a 4 m TW‑25 MIG torch and a work lead with clamp.
