MIG-300GL DIGITAL is a powerful three-function (MIG/MAG, LIFT TIG, MMA) welding machine that offers very high working efficiency and stability. Its advanced IGBT inverter technology gives a steady arc, low spatter and excellent weld bead formation.

FORBY MIG-300GL Digital is a professional three-phase (3×400 V) inverter welding machine for workshops and industry. Digitally controlled MIG/MAG, LIFT TIG and MMA (stick) welding covers a wide range of uses, from making and repairing metal structures to repairing car bodies, gates, railings and agricultural machinery.

Control panel and functionality:

The front panel has two digital LED displays and easy-to-use controls for quickly setting the required parameters:

• 2 digital displays - show the set voltage, current, wire feed speed and MIG inductance.
• Parameter selection buttons - choose which parameter to adjust (voltage, current/wire speed, inductance, spot welding time, memory).
• Two adjustment knobs:

-fine control of voltage and spot welding time;

-adjustment of current, wire feed, inductance and MIG/TIG/MMA parameters.

• Mode buttons: MIG, LIFT TIG, MMA; 2T/4T, VRD (safe MMA operation); wire diameter and manual mode selection.
• Gas selection: CO₂, mixed gas or "gasless" (flux) with one press of a button.
• "Wire Check" and "Gas Check" - easy checking of wire feed and gas flow without striking an arc.
• Euro connector for the torch and socket for a spool gun - quick torch changes for different tasks.

Functions and use:

MIG/MAG welding

• Welding with shielding gas (CO₂ or a mixture) or without gas (flux-cored wire).
• Adjustable voltage and wire feed speed - can be matched to different sheet thicknesses and positions.
• Suitable for structural steel and most common repair and production work in workshops and production halls.

MMA (stick) mode

• Works with basic and rutile electrodes (Ø2.5-5.0 mm).
• A practical choice for outdoor and on-site work where MIG is harder to use.

LIFT TIG mode

• Lets you do simpler TIG work with Lift ignition (a TIG torch and argon system are required).
• Suitable for thinner sheets where a cleaner, neater weld is needed.
